The Immortal series from Audiobahn is a flagship for unearthly bass power. Capable of handling as much as 2000 watts RMS of continuous juice, these woofers are designed for extreme audio enthusiasts looking for a thick, commanding bass rumble. The proprietary tall and narrow treated foam surround is specifically designed to maximize cone area and excursion capabilities. A 2-layer cone sandwiches carbon fiber and Kevlar fibers together for an ultra light and rigid piston assembly. The frame design incorporates a die cast aluminum basket with an inset spider support ring for insane output capabilities while maintaining linearity. In outrageous Audiobahn tradition, the basket features their trademark flame design and metallic blue painted accents. Beefy lug-lock terminals accept large gauge wire and allow for easy bridging of the voice coils. Intended for SPL competition use only, the Immortal series is designed for high-output ported enclosures only. Quad 2-ohm voice coils allow for multiple amplifiers per woofer, or can be wired together for a single load.
